SCREAM ONE.
Scream was made in 1996. It was directed
by Wes Craven and written by Kevin Williamson. It soon became a massive
hit with audiences worldwide and quickly created the horror genre of the
1990's, bringing the same style of slasher movies such as Halloween from
the seventies and Friday The Thirteenth from the eighties. Its unique
blend of humour and terror changed the face of horror films for the final
decade of the century and started the influx of a whole series of scream
type horror movies and a sequel soon followed.
